Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click “Accept analytics”, the site loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure which sections are viewed and which buttons are clicked, for example which role version you looked at or whether you downloaded a CV. No names, email addresses or chat content are sent to Google. If you decline, nothing is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG).

The AI chat

Messages you send to “Leo AI” are processed by Anthropic PBC (Claude API) to generate replies. The conversation is stored on Upstash (Redis) so Leo can read what recruiters ask and improve the site, and is deleted automatically 30 days after the last message. Your IP address is used only in hashed form for a short-lived rate limit and is not stored with the conversation. Please don’t share personal or confidential information in the chat. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering your questions and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

CV requests

If you request a CV, the email address you enter (and, if you add them, your company and the role you are hiring for) is sent to Leo by email via Resend and stored on Upstash so he can reply personally. It is used only for that reply, never for a newsletter, and the stored request is deleted automatically after 30 days. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and you may complain to a data protection authority. Contact me at LinkedIn.
